I was intentionally sold a lemon ! They test drove the car for me ! Had id driven it myself I WOULDN'T have bought it! 5 days in my car has been towed home after I and my 4 year old sat on the side of the road for 2 hours! Mind you I spent every dime to my name on this car ! WATCH OUT NOW, 24/7 CARS IS ON THE LOOSEEEE 🥺🥺‼️‼️‼️

Ultimately, I didn’t purchase a vehicle. I drove two hours to test drive a 2016 Cadillac Escalade. I asked if there were any issues with the vehicle, as I would be driving nearly two hours to view it. No response. Something told me not to waste my time, but I did any way. After a very quick and directed test drive that doesn’t really let you get a good feel of the transmission or engine, we returned to the dealership. After returning they insisted on me coming into the building, but I wanted to check out the options on the vehicle, so I stayed back. First issue was the radio display didn’t work. Their professionalism and communication lacks. I was really interested in one of their SUVs they had for sale, it was in my price range and the model I was looking for. When I got there for my “appointment”, only then is when they told me that car had been sold, and had me drive a similar one that had a lot of things that needed fixed with the interior, including a broken door handle and plastic that was broken off the top of the gear stick. I left and texted the sales rep who had been communicating with me in the process about a week later and he didn’t even work there anymore lol

Karl and the owner were very helpful and quick at getting me a new vehicle! This has been the best experience I have had out of any car lot. Would decently recommend to anyone. Now he is working with my son to get his first car.
