⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Best car care I’ve ever experienced—period. Super friendly, insanely knowledgeable, and 100% honest. They treat you like family and actually take the time to explain things. I trust them completely. They only work on Asian cars, and I’m not even kidding—my next car will be Asian just so I can keep coming here. That’s how much integrity they have and how good they are!

My wife and I came here for the first time this week and they will have our service moving forward! We have a 2010 Toyota Highlander and came in with some weird noises and their attention to detail, care to find the root cause, and prices were exceptional. Pat and Kevin were so nice and very thorough in explaining what they found. We couldn't recommend them enough and are so grateful we found them!

Trustworthy and extremely knowledgeable Owners/Technicians with solid credentials. Brothers Pat and Kevin Mitchell operate a clean, family-friendly atmosphere. My wife and I have been taking our vehicles to Pat since 1997. I like it when they physically show you and discuss the repairs. We live in Franklinton and still make the drive to keep our maintenance and repairs up to date. Current Vehicles- Lexus RX350, Toyota Tundra, Toyota Land Cruiser. Trust goes a long way!

I got a call from my son (a student at State) that his car wouldn’t start and that it was having mechanical issues. I do not live in Raleigh so I called my brother in law for mechanic recommendations. He said he had been using 2M AutoWorks for years and highly recommended them. So I called. After talking with Pat and Kevin I knew their shop was the to use. The car (2018 Mazda 3) was towed to their shop where they quickly determined the mechanical issues and provided a very reasonable quote for repairs. The car was promptly repaired and the cost was what they quoted. After my son got his car he called to tell me that it was driving like new ..…how awesome is that! Thank you Pat and Kevin for the incredible customer service. My son will see you soon for that oil change.
