had a very disappointing experience with this dealership. They sold me a car that was only half‑working and didn’t disclose several issues that showed up almost immediately after I drove it home. On top of that, the price they charged was far higher than what the vehicle was actually worth, especially considering the condition it was in. It’s frustrating to feel misled, and based on my experience, I would not recommend this dealership to my friends, family, or anyone else looking for an honest deal. If you’re considering buying a car here, be extremely cautious and make sure you have the vehicle thoroughly inspected before agreeing to anything.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER. Bought the car mid October by 1st week of November car was no longer drivable. Sent them a video of what was happening to car all within the 30day Guarantee. I live 3:30 hours away in MD. So I obviously couldn’t drive it to them to look at it. Took it to a Honda dealership by the time I got the results and told them that they sold me a lemon with motor issues. They say Now all of a sudden I’m pass the 30 day warranty even though i sent them video of exact issues with in 2-3 weeks of purchase. Being Dominican myself I should have went with my gut and never purchased from a Dominican base dealer but sometimes trying to support your own ends up biting you instead. So if I could give a Zero Star I would. Now I am looking to possibly take legal actions. No reason a

I strongly recommend avoiding 309 Motors Inc based on my experience. I purchased a vehicle that appeared fine at the moment of sale, but within less than 24 hours multiple warning lights came on. When I contacted them, I felt completely dismissed, and nothing was actually repaired just temporarily reset. In my opinion, the cars here are not properly inspected and may be sold with serious issues. I personally felt misled and unsafe driving the vehicle. I also felt pressured into paperwork that didn’t seem clear or transparent. This dealership made me feel that the car I purchased was unsafe and unreliable. Would not recommend to anyone. A few of my friends got cars from there and had nothing but problems. They constantly had to pay to fix things only a month or 2 of having the cars. I myself would have gotten a car there if not for all the negative reviews I’ve gotten from people that have went there.

I am really disappointed truly. I feel sooo soo disgusted 🤢 how they treat you and dishonest in how they are. I just need a good car and pay 8k is insane truly and to have so so much problems and issues 😡. I WAS TRULY SCAMMED UNFORTUNATELY!
