I Brought them a System to hook up and they did it with no questions ask. Good price and fast service. Friendly. They are 10x better then Audio Advantage. I had a really bad experience them.

I've dealt with these guys twice now in the last 8 years or so to do spray liners in my agency's work trucks. Each time, they've been 1) Super pleasant to deal with, 2) Price is fair, especially compared with their main competitor in Columbus, 3) Work is professional, detailed, and has stood the test of time. Please I’m Begging Please Do Not take your car or truck to this location I spent around 300 Dollars for them to fix my Sunroof and mount an Android Stereo and nothing is correct. After making an appointment to have them to i correct the issues only to be called back to be told that they were not going to have time to fix it and charge me 48$ for a diagnostic.

The guys that work here are awesome! The entire staff was friendly and easy to talk to, and all went above and beyond my expectations installing a lightbar on my Wrangler. They were also super fair about price and it ended up being far less than I thought it was going to be. I watched them interact with multiple customers while I was waiting on my work to be done and I dont think a single person left unhappy or without what they came into the shop to achieve. I would go back to total customs in a heartbeat for anything vehicle related.
