3D Car Care

This place is cool and has a solid inventory of 3D products — no complaints there. The issue is the customer service, which is really hit or miss. Honestly, about 50% of the time you’re going to run into attitude instead of help, especially from the guy with the tattoos. To be fair, there is another employee whose customer service is always 100% on point, but he’s rarely there when I go. I’m not sure of the guy’s name, but he definitely needs more training or should not be the one handling customer service. At one point he even told me he was “too busy to help.” How do you tell that to a paying customer? That was enough for me to stop trying and just order my 3D products, from Amazon instead. I had an excellent experience from start to finish. The owner is extremely friendly, approachable, and incredibly knowledgeable about detailing products and techniques. From the moment I walked in, he took the time to listen to what I was working on and asked thoughtful questions about my vehicle instead of rushing the process. They put ceramic coating on my entire vehicle, the windows, and rims. My vehicle looks absolutely amazing. Wonderful service, kind, and helpful. Willing to educate you on any of their products and how to properly use them
