After purchasing my new truck from AV Chevrolet, I was told to have the vehicles suspension retorqued within the first 1k miles. Though this service came at no additional cost to me, it was really inconvenient with my schedule. As it turns out, coming to this location, and working with Sergio was probably one of the best customer experiences I have ever had. He and his team prioritized my request, answered all my questions, and even recommended an awesome place up the road for breakfast :) Look, I'm no expert when it comes to this specialty, but I can personally guarantee that Serigo and his team are going to take care of you. They're phenomenal people and I look forward to working with them in the near future.

My whole experience here was nothing but exceptional. Starting with a phone call to scheduling an appointment, then dropping off my vehicle and then getting it back same day with lift kit and a new steering component put on. I recently had my truck's front suspension inspected. Following the inspection by the 4 Wheel Parts team, a member informed me that my shocks were improperly installed and that outer arms and a rear suspension bar would need to be fitted, totaling $2500. I subsequently removed my truck from the shop and sought second opinions from two professional mechanic shops. Both independent assessments concluded that the Fox shocks were correctly installed, the front arms exhibited no play and did not require replacement, and a rear bar was unnecessary. Please exercise caution when considering this particular establishment..
