Kevin is precise, honest and shares updates throughout the process, showing me the old and new parts, after working hard to find me the best deal on hard to find units. This local family run shop cares for you and your car, as if you’re family. I can’t say enough about them- except they’re the real deal.

It’s so hard to find a mechanic or body shop you can trust- But WOW Hero is like having a best friend who is taking care of you. After a bad experience elsewhere, Hero picked up our car, from Thousand Oaks with their flatbed tow truck (available 24/7), they identified the issue immediately and sent photos before and after, including the very specific oil that our car needed. My husband was beyond impressed. When we got the car we were told it was as good as it gets, in “perfect” condition, but Hero found a way to make it even better- it looks better, it runs better… is it an odd thing to think I can’t wait to bring my car in again? I am so impressed by the responsiveness, quick turnaround, and truly exceptional service. My VW Jetta Sport wagon went south really fast when I reached out to them for help. They picked up my car directly from my home the very next day, and returned it the next business day. Although they are in Van Nuys and I am in Thousand Oaks, they still picked up my vehicle - no complaints and no extra fees!
