I truly cannot thank Auto Aid Collision enough for all of the help they provided after I was rear ended the day before my husband and I moved out of the valley. The day of the accident Michael pulled over, stopped, and actually helped us work things out with our insurance so we could get my car towed to the shop. Selena was extremely kind and provided us updates with our car. She was very attentive to any questions or concerns we had regarding the repairs. On the day we picked up our car, Franklin cleaned our interior so well that it looked like a brand new car by the time we drove off. We cannot thank Auto Aid Collision enough for helping us during what was already an extremely stressful time.

We had a very good experience with Auto Aid Collision after an auto accident that totaled our car 400 miles from our home. We had no idea where to have the car towed, so it was a life saver that they handled it. They arranged a quick tow and storage of our car until the insurance company was able to remove it. They stayed late for us when they got word that we needed help and would be arriving after their normal closing time. Special thanks to Jenny who was so calming and reassuring to us. And thanks to Alex who helped get us there and to our destination once our car was towed to the shop.

Michael, Jenny, Selena made my car repair and customer experience seamless! Jenny & Selena were the ones who greeted and handled my issues. When they first quoted me I was concerned about affordability. Jenny telephoned Micheal who I met before last two times, he advised me and lowered the price accordingly! Jenny gave me a ride to enterprise & coordinated my rental. When I picked up my car, my car was like new and both Jenny & Selena made it easy for drop off of my rental and pick up of my car.
