401 Auto Sales & Service Center

One of the worst experiences of my life. They sold me an car that is mechanical unsafe with a faulty catalytic converter a hood latch that doesn't work amd the whole dash vibrates when you drive it. They will not fix it and everything they ordered me they have not honored. So I am stuck with a piece of crap and have to find the money to fix all the issues myself and by the time I am done I could probably purchased another vehicle

I just bought a 2005 F-150 them. Mat the owner treat me with courtesy and respect. I was very impressed with service and collision center. Everything in one place. A+ experience , I always dread buying a car because of the high pressure sales guys and gals , Matt is the total opposite doesnt try to sway you in a certain direction and is always happy to answer any questions you have about the vehicle or known history of the vehicle . Process was super smooth all around in a very laid back atmosphere , the quality of the cars on the lot speaks for themselves they're all in great condition. Another thing that I thought set them apart was Matt followed up after the sale to make sure everything was good with the truck and registration , Bottom line is I would tell my own mother to go see Matt at 401 so theres no reason why you shouldn't check them out.
