A & W Tire & Service

My mechanic wasn’t available for awhile. But needed my car serviced urgently. So just happened to google close by mechanics that fixed Mercedes. They showed up . Not even knowing how close they were. I went there and they immediately took care me. Very nice even offering to drive me home. Had it ready the next day. Even though way more than I expected. I would definitely recommend and use them again. Thank you guys for great service in the neighborhood!

Sent the estimates for approval before beginning the work and the invoice matched the estimates. We're willing to make arrangements to help me get me my car if I needed them. Made sure I could my car prior to the upcoming blizzard, even after they closed for the weekend. Great communication and service all around.

More than once, their technicians have gone the extra mile to save us money—whether by checking for extended part warranties or giving straightforward, no-pressure advice about repairs. Most recently, they diagnosed an issue that could have cost thousands. Instead of pushing the repair, they researched the problem, discovered the parts were covered under an extended dealer warranty, printed the paperwork for us, and sent us to the dealership. Customer service is excellent. All questions answered in detail and kept me posted how things were going all the way. The mechanics were able to get to the bottom of a difficult repair. They did their best to make sure the repairs were done as quickly as possible. I would recommend this company to everyone I know.
