5 Star Auto Service

I just got the flat tire. I drove passed the 5 start and just walked in. The gentleman told me that they closed earlier today bc all the tech people already left. I said would you mind to check if I needed new tires ? He checked and willing to make an order for me for tomorrow. ( not in the store) Even the store already closed he was still very helpful. I was lucky to get there before he left ! This place is definitely the new spot for me to have service done for my car. I’m so grateful for all his help ! This is the truly 5 Star Auto Service ‼️

About a good and one would expect from a local mechanic. Friendly, professional, work quality, honesty. Honesty means so much on the peninsula. Dealers around here are historically outrageously priced and offer to charge on items that are warranty or recall. Took my vehicle to a dealer in RC that wanted $5k for the work performed here. 4x the what was charged here at 5 Star. Breath of fresh air, really. Thanks

I highly recommend 5-Star Auto Service—they are truly outstanding and trustworthy! When my "check engine" light wouldn’t go off, I was frustrated after another mechanic hooked up their Chevy scanner and charged me $200 to replace an O2 sensor, only for the light to stay on. But 5-Star Auto Service hooked up their Chevy scanner, accurately diagnosed the real issue with code P0400 (EGR Performance), and called me right away for approval. For just $125, they skillfully removed the EGR valve, discovered the passages were completely clogged with carbon, thoroughly cleaned everything, and rechecked the system. First time at 5 STAR and I was very happy With the service, communication and Professionalism that I experienced. I wanted the fuel injectors replaced in my Escalade but found out Cadillac had a back order nationwide on these parts. But some how Fadi was able to find these Injectors Through several other sources. And they Were able to get me back on the road in 2 days , thank you Fadi.
