I've had four different incidents where I have brought my car to Bartlett's and Pete and his staff ALWAYS do an outstanding job on my cars and are true professionals. They provide fast friendly service and take care of all the small details too! Bartletts's is a 5 star repair shop!!

My Boxster was hit while parked, I did some searching on reputable places to take it for some minor repairs. Found Bartlett's and spoke with Pete who was very knowledgeable and helpful, and warned me that they were booking over a month out. I opted to wait for them to do the work, which they did on time with excellent communication on progress/updates. The work looks great, very happy with the results.

Love this business. All the staff are friendly and professional. I was updated regularly on my vehicle’s body work. The body work and paint looked amazing. AAA directed me to this business and I am so glad I found them. Will definitely get other work done at the business. They go the extra mile to make sure their customers are happy.

I just had an incredible experience at the body shop. I dented my front bumper on my new Porsche. I was worried for an arm and leg price if I bring into my Porsche dealership for repair, I brought it into Bartlett’s for an estimate. The new owner Pete took a look at my car, rolled up his sleeves and started repairing. I was puzzled that I wasn’t even given an estimate but I thought if I can get it fixed at one visit, might as well not shop around. Not able to fix it alone, Pete called his experienced technician to help. After at least half an hour, the bumper was fixed. I was ready to pay whatever is asked when Pete said you are all done. I had to replace my side view mirror and called multiple auto body shops (including the Toyota dealer) and Chris was able to source the parts and labor for $750 less than the competition. He worked diligently to get me the best deals and even offered solutions for paint. I highly recommend going to Bartlett because their number one goal is to fix your car and not rip you off with crazy expenses for simple fixes.
