Nelson, the owner, was super kind & professional & great communication. It had factory paint issues, fading/peeling and was an eye sore. They did beautiful work & charged a fair & affordable price. They did quality work not once, but 3 times so far on my car, last one being very complex work with extensive frame damage. It is straightened to the mm, all new body parts align well and nothing rattles. 2. They're fair in pricing and will work with you to do the job right even under the settlement amount that the insurance offers! 3. Nelson decided to take 2-3 hours out of his day and go with me to the insurance storage yard to examine my car and determine if it's worth fixing, and in fact saved our car from being junked by the insurance! 4. I worked with Nelson at Silver Star to do comprehensive paint and body restoration on my 1991 BMW 325i. The car needed to be fully sanded, dents addressed and repainted. Nelson gave me a quote and a timeline and met both obligations while communicating throughout the process.
