611 FULL SERVICE Car Wash

This place is a rip off. I paid $22.25 (tax included) for the Ultimate. They’re supposed to do the interior windows and vacuum but they did none of it. They only washed the driver side’s to appeal that they’ve cleaned everything.

My most recent visit was unpleasant, and unfortunately this has been the case for several visits now. I am often in the area and decided to bring my vehicle in for a car wash. Unfortunately, this is a full-service business that lacks attention to detail. During my most recent visit, I was especially disappointed when, after my vehicle had been cleaned, one of the attendants got into my car and accelerated very aggressively while merging onto the road from the car wash to the detailing area. I clearly heard the impact as the vehicle merged, which was upsetting and completely unnecessary. I went inside to voice my concern, but the owner did not take accountability and instead made excuses. I explained that regardless, employees should be advised not to drive customer vehicles in that manne

Paid for the next to best package, need less to say didn't get what I paid for. Tire rims still dirty on front, cup holder in back not touched, and u side back not cleaned. I'll just get the cheap wash next time.

I just tried out this car wash out of pure curiosity because I usually detail and clean my car all the time but as it has snowed I have been lazy to clean my mats and vacuum my car. I paid for the $20 car wash and VACUUM. When I tell you my car just went through the car wash, literally just the car wash. The windows were supposed to be cleaned but clearly not from the inside and just from the outside from the car wash. They took out the rubber floor mat from my driver side and just sprayed it off with water. I see no evidence of vacuuming. I’m not expecting 10/10 quality from a $20 car wash but for sure saving that $20 to just go buy more detailing equipment from AutoZone.

Went to this car wash and got their “ultimate” wash and was disgusted by the end result. Car still dirty, not vacuumed, water not wiped. A rushed job paid no attention to detail
