This review is long overdue. I have been using Tom and Sons Auto Repair for a number of years now for both my personal vehicles and our company vehicles. Tom has been a wonderful mechanic for us. He is incredibly responsive and has been so helpful when I reach out to him with even just a question. His pricing is always fair, and his approach is honest and straightforward. I've literally had him send me to another business because they can do it cheaper than he can. That tells you all you need to know! I had a tire question so called this Auto Shop. Son of Tom answered the phone and answered questions to my satisfaction. He was knowledgeable, engaging & also humorous. I didn't need his service today but he was intelligent & respectful EVEN when no money changed hands. I will most definitely use this shop in the future. Positive experience.
