I had a great experience at this AutoZone. I came in because one of my headlights went out and my windshield wipers were making a loud screeching noise on the windshield. Nic Rodriguez was incredibly helpful from the moment I walked in. He asked about my car, helped me pick the right parts, and explained what would work best. What really stood out was that he didn’t just point me to the aisle — he actually came outside and installed the windshield wipers for me, topped off my windshield washer fluid, and even replaced my headlight. That level of customer service is rare these days. Nic went above and beyond, and I truly appreciate the help. Because of him, I’ll definitely be coming back to this AutoZone. Highly recommend this location!

Very impressed with this AutoZone and the level of customer service I received. I went in for a new battery and the service was top notch! I absolutely LOVED that a young woman (women are strong and can do anything) the one to change my battery and take care of my service(s). There was additional assistance needed and the manager was more than happy to come out and help as well!.Even my little could feel the good energy of the workers at this location. This is the only location I'll be coming to for any and all future car needs that apply!

Incredibly impressed with the team at this AutoZone! I went in for a battery replacement and was back on the road in less than 10 minutes. The service was not only lightning-fast but also exceptionally friendly. A special shout-out to Wade for his fantastic and efficient help. This is how customer service should be done!

Was here only a few days ago. Got my battery changed. It took the manager coming out because the guy was taking forever. The manger fixed it within a second of his arrival but his big mistake was letting the guy continue after. The very next day I tried turning on my car, I got nothing. I open the hood and the positive terminal is just dangling there not even touching the battery. Clearly didn't even try to screw it on properly. So much for this place. Definitely not coming back

Rude and unhelpful unless you call them on the phone. Going to the store does not count for help. Asked for help, got a rude guy and very little help. I can go buy stuff from less rude folks. Been a customer for many years in many places, will skip this location from now on. After the owner response, no need to reach out to me, reach out to the store, they are the ones who need the help, embarrassing and ignoring the customer is never a good way to build a business.
