Ive been searching for a shop like this for 10+ years in Grand Rapids. They helped me out when many shops in the area wouldn't. Finally a shop that will work with you and make it affordable while also doing a great job. I have never been this happy leaving an auto shop. Honesty, affordability and great work. This is the best place to bring your vehicle. Good people helping people.

It was the weekend and not many tire shops were open. I went online and found one of the top-rated shops in the area. When I called, they answered right away and were able to squeeze me in last minute. I thought I only needed an alignment, but it turned out to be a wheel bearing issue. I only had $165 in my pocket and didn’t qualify for the Snap service they offered. To my complete surprise, they covered the remaining cost. I’m beyond grateful and honestly still shaking as I write this review. I don’t know what I did to deserve this kindness, but it reminded me that there are truly good people in this world. I appreciate you more than words can express. Thank you so much for your generosity and outstanding service!

Talk about an amazing crew! If you want quality work without the name brand price you definitely found the place. They’re the kinda people you don’t even need a receipt because you know you’re getting the best deal! Honest to god. I was a first time customer today and happy to say I found my new shop! Really went above and beyond with their prices and work. Have a convo with the guy behind the counter and I promise you’re going to leave with some good knowledge and fun stories.

BEST SERVICE EVER!! I have had had the WORST luck with vehicles my entire driving life. I have always gone to recommended or random “good review” shops and been so disappointed in the lack of care, lack of compassion and overall dishonest service. THIS IS THE ONE. Right off the bat, they were reassuring and quick to get me back in my vehicle. Every person went above and beyond, they even made sure my infant and I got safely back home while they worked on my vehicle. The pricing is better than I’ve seen anywhere else lately and my car sounds better than when I bought it. God bless every single person at this business. If I could give 1000/10, I would.
