If you care about your car, run the other direction. I brought my $100K Porsche in for a windshield replacement and they completely wrecked the job. They scratched my paint, trashed the interior and exterior, then tried to buff it out. That was bad enough, but it gets worse. They installed the wrong windshield, missing a vital sensor that enables my key fob to work, which now doesn’t function at all. I can’t even access my own vehicle because of their screw-up. To top it all off, they’re refusing to admit fault, won’t cover the cost of the correct OEM windshield [THAT THE INSURANCE COMPANY WILL PAY FOR], and are declining to reimburse me for the tinting I paid for on the wrong glass that ended up bubbling a few days later This isn’t just sloppy work, it’s negligence. Had an amazing experience , my brand new car was broken into. I was bought it not even 24 before the incident. I was referred here by someone that uses them and I was not disappointed. I have to bring the vehicle back for the second glass replacement due to it needing to be ordered as my car is a 2025 hybrid. I will say do not go anywhere else see what they can do for you as the service and results are very worth it. I would give them 10 starts if I could. Don’t go elsewhere you will be disappointed.

My rear window glass was a three piece section, with a vertical slide in the middle where the weatherstripping was twisted. It wasn't possible to replace the weatherstripping per the vehicle manufacturer, but an entire three piece window has to be ordered. How often can you open a window in Houston? Had a new windshield installed on my 2018 f150. On the first day I noticed the plastic piece at the bottom of the windshield by the wipers was flopping in the wind. After inspecting I found it was due to broken and missing clips. Then I noticed the windshield wasn’t centered properly. There’s a 1/2in gap on driver side and less than a 1/8in gap on passenger side. But wait there’s more..! 3 days later driving home in the rain an i notice water dripping from the handle on my A-pillar onto my dash. So then I look down to see I have a puddle forming in my floor mat because water is dripping from underneath my dash. So now I’m taking my truck to another shop. Hopefully they can fix the shoddy work this place did, and I’m out roughly 500 bucks!

I had my Nissan Murano’s windshield replaced at this shop two months ago, and I’m extremely disappointed with the service. I recently discovered that the windshield is leaking, causing water damage inside my vehicle. This is unacceptable for a professional installation, and I expected much better quality and reliability. I would not recommend this shop to others and will have to seek repairs elsewhere.
