They were clear on the time it would take to complete exactly what I wanted, gave honest expectations for particular stain removals and kept in touch for pickup. We just brought our company van in for detailing - from start to finish Brian was helpful, informative, and communicated extremely well. He was "on top" of things! He was friendly on the phone and they did an AMAZING job on our van. The white paint had gotten stained and "powdery" and it's now glossy and bright - looks incredible. His price was extremely reasonable and lower than many other detailing companies - but his quality was exceptional. We plan to bring the rest of our fleet to him!
