C&C Auto and Marine

I took my car in for an oil change, they did a tire rotation, and now my car is swerving violently from side to side. The mechanic is now telling me I need new tires. My car didn't do this before; I started noticing it as soon as I left the place. Bad service.

I have been bringing my humble little Yaris here for the past couple of months now and everytime it has been a great experience. Char, Raul, Chuck, and the other technicians are all very kind and friendly, always willing to answer questions or show you more details about the work being done to your car. They are very knowledgeable and I feel my car is safe with them. Plus, booking with them is a breeze as they are very accommodating with the scheduling and are able to give you a ride in the vicinity. I have always had great experiences here and can't recommend them enough. It's nice to finally find a good, honest, and reliable shop. Mahalo to you guys!

Chuck and the team at C&C Auto and Marine are truly amazing. Honest, reliable mechanics are hard to find anywhere…but especially here in Kauai. I have had problems with my Jeep that even the dealership couldn’t fix. Chuck and the team have made a life long customer out of me and will not be taking my vehicles anywhere else. My car wouldn't start after I picked up my sister at the airport. Called AAA who said it would be an hour. Tried the car again after about 10 minutes and it started. Was worried about the car not starting again, so I called C&C (after finding it randomly online) and drove over to get the battery checked out. Raoul met us and immediately turned his attention to our situation. He checked the alternator and the battery and told us that both were working fine. He also disconnected the battery and then reconnected it after cleaning off the contact points. Then, he told us that we were good to go. Aloha ! This is truly the best auto shop on island, with the kindest and most helpful mechanics that I have ever come across, their entire staff is so polite whether by phone or in person. The mechanics are so knowledgeable and truly aspire to help you as much as possible- it is so rare to find caring and attentive mechanics on Kauai. Charlie was able to figure out and fix something that no other place could. And Raoul is amazing as well - truly kind-hearted.
