Steve’s the best—really came through for me! I’d just arrived in Michigan and was driving my rental from Detroit Metro toward Ludington when a rock hit the windshield about halfway there. I hadn’t gotten the extra insurance, so I was in a bind. I checked online saw A1 Auto Glass was along my route, and called them. Steve answered right away, heard what happened, and said he could take care of it. I let him know where I was on the highway, and he figured I’d be there by 4:30. I pulled in right on time, and he got started. The crack was about quarter-sized, but he fixed it so well it was barely noticeable. I had my windshield replaced from a tree falling down on top of my vehicle and putting a big hole on the passenger side windshield, Steve and his other worker did a great job repairing my windshield only took 30 minutes tops to fix. If anything else happens I'll definitely be going back.

Very communicative, and good price. Needed a windshield replacement. The one he ordered the first time came damaged. He called to let me know and told me he was doing everything he could to try and get it there in the time frame we had previously talked about. It came in and he took care of me as promised. Would highly recommend this place.
