Gondek’s Body & Frame and Nick Greenacre could not be more professional and thoughtful. They took great care of both my daughter and car when she slid off an icy road on New Year’s Eve. They made sure she was safely transported to a hotel as I was five hours away. The whole process of working with Nick was easy and efficient. Nick even mailed my daughter’s lost boot back to her. They are clearly a business that goes above and beyond, and I am grateful they were the ones my daughter could turn to after the accident.

This place is incredible. Nick is honest, real, incredibly helpful, and cares about the cars just as much as the customer. Was grateful to have him and this shop be the place to help me out throughout the process of having totaled my car. This place is your best bet. Highly recommend.

Integrity and honest. Wish I could give them 10 stars! Our A/C went out in southern Missouri. We took it to an A/C specialist and were quoted $1,700 to replace the condenser and compressor. Gondeks added freon and recharged it for $300!!! Could not be happier! AND, when I picked it up, my car was cleaner than it’s been since I bought it!

5 stars only becuase it won't let me give six. They have taken great care of us and our daughter's family. Excellent work, cars were always detailed before pickup and done when Nick said they would be. They also offered a loaner while the car was in the shop. Best body shop we have ever worked with.

The recent service on our car was excellent, very timely and our car was returned CLEANER INSIDE AND OUT than we had dropped it off for undercoating .Price was very good and folks there are professional and friendly.
