Costa Oil - 10 Minute Oil Change - Reed City

First time coming here and I was very impressed. Austin, the owner, personally serviced my vehicle and was wonderful kind, respectful, and professional with great customer service. No pressure, no upselling, just honest work. They had my van done in about 10 minutes, and the car in the bay next to me was finished just as quickly. They clearly showed me that the oil level was full before I left, which I really appreciated. My van takes 6 quarts of full synthetic, and the total was $35, I was paying more than double that at a quick oil change place in Big Rapids. Huge difference. Fast, honest, affordable, and friendly. I’ll definitely be coming back. Keep up the great customer service!

Fast and friendly checks air pressure checks fuild levels changed my oil but no grease job as they cant do that. But yes I well give a 1 star because as a oil change service you are the only one that has only one brand of oil I seen didn't go by what vehicle calls for you put what you wanted then tell me it's best for colder weather. It may be so but you as a company should go by what the vehicles ask for so it ask for 5w20 you put 5w20 unless someone ask for different yes most newer vehicles are calling for 0w20 but not my vehicle my called for 5w20 that what it has always got and always will get so yes I will buy new oil and change it out as I go what my manufacturer wants for that year make and model. They explained everything clearly, didn’t try to upsell unnecessary services, and had me in and out faster than expected. I went here for the first time and I'll definitely be back and telling my people. The gentleman i had with the black beard (i belive) was super kind and showed me everything and answered all the questions I had, with care and respect, sometimes people can have an attitude, not hiiimm. So definitely 5 stars plus and I dont have to have anxiety about making an appointment lol so thats a bonus. Thank you for opening up your business in reed city!

Just stopped in. INCREDIBLE PRICES! They were very friendly and fast. Changed my oil and topped off all my fluids. Put air in tires. Probably the fastest and the most professional fast lube place I have been to in years. Everyone was very professional and polite.
