I purchased a 2008 Mazda 3 a week ago & was referred here by a good friend. I needed to get a general check up on my car to make sure everything was running smoothly, & fix any potential problems. My experience was fantastic. Bryan is knowledgeable, honest, trustworthy, communicative, & kind. It’s very obvious that he’s passionate for what he does. The turn around to get my car fully inspected & fixed up was very fast. 15/10 recommend coming here. I felt heard, respected, & taken very good care of. My car does too. :D I won’t be going anywhere else!

I came in on a friend's recommendation to diagnose a sound after clipping a curb. While everyone at A-1 was friendly and professional, my car was misdiagnosed as needing two new CV axles. I was told that both were loose and easily moved by hand. I took it home, and when I couldn't replicate the loose axle, I looked for a second opinion. Another shop ensured that the axles were tight and didn't seem to have any issues, and that the sound was the product of the donut I had installed when the curb punctured the tire. After replacing the tire, my issues were resolved without needing the $1200 fix that I was quoted. Waste of $180 for the diagnosis.

I can’t say enough good things about the service! I called, and they had me bring my truck in the day after. I thought it was going to hang out there for a few days, because that’s what I was used to with other shops. I dropped my truck off at 9, and by noon they were calling me with information and some estimates based on how messed up my brakes might be. I had my truck back by five pm! Absolutely wild; I’ve never heard of same-day brakes repair. My stuff was mangled, too, this wasn’t an easy job. Nobody is ever happy to pay a month’s rent to get their vehicle running again, but their pricing was fair and transparent. They let me know all the other things that could use fixing on my 30+ year old truck, but they didn’t do the hard sell ‘your truck will explode if you don’t fix four other

My friend brought his Ford f150 there for new u joints and after they were done repairing it made it less than 50 miles and the u joint came off and drive line fell on road. They now are saying they won't fix it and stand by their work. It cost my friend 600 to tow it back. Avoid these folks on se 82nd like the plague. Terrible customer service and they don't stand by their work.

This place is wonderful! My Nissan kept breaking down and I had fear that I was going to have to get another vehicle. After A-1 worked on it, they fixed all the issues! My truck is a safe truck to drive again and their skill prevented me from needing to buy another vehicle. I love my truck, so I am happy to continue to drive it. I am also financially relieved that I didn't have to buy another vehicle. The price they charged was fair and they gave me a good detailed receipt which I appreciated. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!
