I have a 2014 Audi a6, I had an issue with my brakes locking up, my front left and rear right, had it towed to their south shop, they had the car for nearly two months. They weren’t the best with communication, and kept racking up the bill after they kept part swapping things that didn’t solve the issue that well, they gave the car back to us with the epc light on and with many brake lights on and an unpainted caliper that has rusted, saying the car was perfect and good to go. Yes they fixed the brake issue it’s self, but the warning light kept coming on, the brake pedal felt like complete mush, the brake switch wasn’t working properly so it didn’t have any brake lights. Took my vehicle in to get looked at due to no heat. Curt and his crew did a fantastic job of finding the problem and giving me options on how to fix the issues. As for the cost of the repairs, I was definitely envisioning it to be alot more than what it ended up costing me. Curt was true to his words on cost for each repair that was needed. I brought my car here for a noise it was making on shutdown. These guys test-drove it, diagnosed the noise as not worrisome, then refused to take my money for their time. So I brought them my SUV for some other work, but when I picked it up I accidentally set off the alarm. Being an idiot, I couldn't remember how to stop it and in my panic I eventually tried to start the engine when it was already running (oh crap!!!) I eventually got the alarm off, drove away and suddenly EVERY warning light on the dash came on. Great. I was sure I had shorted something out, so I brought it back, hung my head, confessed my stupidity and asked them to fix whatever else I broke. Went in for an oil change. They didn't have the oil filter i needed so the service time was a little longer than I expected. Other than that the person at front desk was very friendly and did a good job. Even when their staffing level was low. (as he had indicated) When servicing vehicle they pointed out suspected areas that needed service. Due to our current financial situation we were not able to act out into these needed repairs. The gentleman was very understanding and didn't pressure me to pursue these issues. I'll definitely return for service and have already recommended your services.
