A-1 ROADSIDE ASSIST & TOWING

Very satisfied both with the professionalism, timeliness, and most importantly, the price! My wife and I were heading towards Grants Pass from Wolf Creek last night and we lost our water pump on our Prius. We called 4 places (one was a major tow company in GP) and they wanted anywhere fom $480 to almost $600 round trip! We called A-1 and was surprised it would only be $192 for pick up to drop off! (I had to make sure I was hearing that right,lol!). We didn't have to wait long for pick up and after drop off we only needed to call the office to make payment after the truck left. Great experience...will use them again if needed!

Wes was on time, took the shortest route and got my BMW to my appointment in plenty of time. I especially appreciate the care he gave protecting the rims from any damages from the tie downs. I'm a fairly good judge of character, Wes is a very good person. Very professional!

Very pleased with this towing company. The name says it all A1 as in first class treatment and experience. If you're in the Grants Pass area and in need of tow, make this your first call. Don't waste your time calling anyone else.

Update- at first this was a super happy review; however, I’m changing my review under the circumstances. So they said they were going to refund our money. I had to bug and bug because they kept forgetting. Finally I was refunded $80 even though the whole amount was $130. I was fed up with bugging them for the refund so I disputed the remaining $50 with my bank. I’m still to this day (over 2 months later) having difficulty receiving the full amount back. So much of a headache for a measly $50. Why say you’re going to refund someone’s money and only refund half the amount? Very upset that they only wanted to refund $80 instead of the full $130. We were a mile away from their shop and the man took over 30 minutes to get there because I assume he drove to the wrong Little Pantry. So you’re cha
