I purchased a Honda CRV! I love it! Tim was wonderful to work with. He was friendly, wasn't pushy, and never gave off that vibe of a sleazy salesman! He let me take the vehicle to my mechanic, and Alex had no problem fixing what needed to be done! Tim made the process of purchasing very smooth, kept me well informed with updates on the repairs, registered the vehicle, and got the vehicles inspection sticker. Timothy is a great salesman. Reason, he follows thru on what he says! I never felt pressured to purchase and he just hands you the keys —-> take it for a spin. With a few text messages and phone calls the transaction went thru smoothly and she drove away happy. Just after reading some of the reviews, you don’t have to be a brain surgeon to know that they are resetting the check engine lights before they sell a vehicle. Unfortunately, a common practice with some of these used dealerships. An unsuspecting by or thinks everything is OK then after you drive the vehicle for a little while to check engine light comes back on and then you’re screwed. Always have someone plug in a portable scanner before you purchase a used vehicle. I don’t care if you have to even pay for that service. It’s well worth it this way you’ll know if they reset anything.
