I had a great experience with Aaron's Auto Glass. This was my second time using them and my rep Jill contacted me immediately, helped me set up my claim with my insurance, quickly set me up with an in-home appointment and answered all my questions and concerns. On the day of the appointment, my technician Tom called to confirm my appointment, was punctual, courteous, fast and professional. He did a great job. Next day Jill was kind enough to follow up and make sure everything went well. Overall I am extremely happy with the customer service I received.

Could not be more pleased with a first-use experience. My 25 year old truck was leaking from the windshield. I removed the old glass and all the associated trim pieces to repair the rusted cab frame. When I finished the repair, they were able to come the next day. Jake communicated well with me (I was on the road and the office staff at my shop let him in our garage) and expediently fitted the new windshield. He noticed I was missing screws from the windshield trim that I had removed. Jake found the trim pieces I left for him on an adjacent bench without explanation. Two days later, I went to remount the toll transponder I had left in a cup holder. Jake had already replaced the old Velcro mounting strips and returned it to the cup holder I left it in. Now THAT is attention to detail.

Welcome addition to Fairhaven. Great staff and easy to work with. Helped me with my insurance claim and turn around time was excellent for a windshield replacement. I also stopped by this morning almost 2 weeks after my install to have something related looked at. They took it in immediately and took care of it within 30mins. Aaron overdelivered.
