Shane is the man. My wife ran out of battery in her VW ID Buzz. Nighttime near Donnelly, ID. At 6,200 lbs and AWD and no way to put it in Neutral, it’s not an easy vehicle to tow. Half a dozen other companies wouldn’t do it. But Shane was not intimidated. He drove over an hour to get to us, took the vehicle to a charging station in McCall and made sure we were back in action. Nice guy, and very professional. Highly recommended.

I cannot be happier with the experience I had with Shane. we shredded a camper tire on our way to the mountains around 9PM on a Saturday. We called just about everyone, and they all gave the same answer, No one is open to fix a tire till Tuesday. When I called Shane, and explained our situation, He gave me his address and told me to come out and see if one of his camper tires would fit on my trailer. IT FIT! Shane is perfect definition of being a good person. He is honest and actually showed that he cared about people he was serving! We went to his house and got the tire, and all he asked was that we bring it back to him on the following Thursday. So 7 months ago I had accidentally drove my truck off the side of the road by lost lake and boy was it a doozy of a mess. Im talking mud up to the bumper and trees in the way. It was not going to be an easy task to get back on the road. I called Shane and boy did I choose the best! He had chainsaws and the will to help us out! After a couple hours of pulling cutting adjusting Shane finally did it! His prices were fair but his kindness and professionalism is what made it worth every penny! When my 4x4 broke down just over the border in Oregon, Shane came right out and towed it to a mechanic's shop. He also raised the front end and put the rear wheels on dollies so the 4x4 system wouldn't get damaged. Fantastic service! As it was late in the day and we were 1,000 miles from home, he also recommended a fine motel for us to stay in overnight. On top of all that, he gave me an excellent price! I would absolutely use A&A again, no question about it. Great job Shane!!!
