I ignored some of the reviews and picked this mechanic and that was a big mistake. He did not do the job he was contacted to do. After many delays, he still never started the work on my car. The mechanic you first meet is nice as he's accepting your money. The same man is rude and belligerent when you ask for your money back because he never started the job after almost two weeks. If he says he has no record of me as he replied in some of the reviews I read, that would be an untruth. Not a professional business man at all

Had my transfer case and transmission fluids changed for a very reasonable price. Seems as if my transmission is now working as it should. The mechanic was very responsive and good at estimating how long it would take. He took care of my truck the same day I called.

This is long overdue. This mechanic has fixed around three things on my vehicle since October of last year and I haven’t had a problem with any of those issues since then. He has reasonable prices and he is very respectful and accommodating. Thank you for fixing my vehicle!

A HUGE shoutout to this mechanic and his wife! My son is a college student in Magnolia (two hrs away from home), and his truck wouldnt start. This mechanic went and got the truck from the campus, had it ready in two days, stayed in contact w me the whole time so that I knew what was going on! My son just called and said its running great! I will definitely be calling them if any future repairs are needed! Thank yall so much for helping this worried mom out!

The other day I came to Lionel to get my windows fixed. My first encounter was overall a very delightful experience. The mechanic was kind, professional, efficient & a fast worker. All work was done in just one day which is fantastic when you have a demanding schedule. I would absolutely come back again for more work. Thank you!
