A Better Auto Repair

I will be returning again for sure. I initially called in about a possible clutch replacement, but after their diagnostics/look-over, they kept honest and updated me that it was a drive axle issue. On top of that, they straightened the rotor pad, repaired my canted rear wheel, and replaced my shorted battery too. In short, it ended up being significantly less in parts cost, and I even received a service discount as well. I had bank connection issues, and Rich ended up staying an extra 35-40 mins to make sure I was able to drive out that night. Great shop and good people; I highly recommend these gents.

I had my AC replaced by ABAR a few months ago and it stopped working again last week. I dropped my van off and by the end of the day they had it fixed with a new hose. Their 24-month/24k mile warranty is LEGIT. As a single female, I usually get anxiety dropping my car off and not knowing what to expect — but ABAR is seriously healing my car-repair PTSD. Rich is awesome, I always leave smiling, and my van leaves in better shape than it came in. HIGHLY recommend.

Rich and the staff at a Better Auto Repair have done a great job with our repair needs, getting things done quickly and at a fair price, saving us money. As an example, I recently brought in a car that the dealer said needed the brake pads replaced, and Rich showed us there was still plenty of wear left on the pads. I feel like many other shops would just take the money, but he was honest with us, which means a lot these days.

Rich provided a competitive estimate along with prompt service & turn around. He was successful at performing the repair to A/C blend actuator without going through the nightmare of removing & reinstalling the dash panel. Other shops did not even consider the optional repair.

Amazing service, friendly staff, quick and very professional! Was on my way down to San Diego, had a car issue and they helped me with it quickly and efficiently! Would definitely recommend!
