A Car 4 U

My husband bought his BMW from here I believe it was around June of 2018 so just a few months ago and we couldn't be happier. Everything runs, works, and looks great. The deal, paper work, and everything else went smooth. The staff was amazing. I would definitely buy from here again!

We recently bought a black dodge caravan from Ken at this dealership. Originally they were nice. After we drove the van for approximately 15 miles the van began to shudder and stall at stop lights so we immediately took it back to be looked at. They told us the radiator was cracked and it may need a new one. We were patient and the next day found out that someone had not tightened the radiator cap down and they said the problem was fixed. We then drove ten miles home only to have the van start shuddering again and doing the same thing. So we immediately took it back again. Then they said the throttle body might be the issue so their mechanic supposedly cleaned it and put new spark plugs in. Then the next day my girlfriend drove to work and it started to do the same thing again. So again we

I was really impressed by the quality and variety of vehicles. They treated me well and got me driving quickly.

Bought a mustang and the engine blew up the next day. Ken told me that if I would pay half the cost he would have the engine replaced. (On a sign on their wall, it clearly says there is a 30 day warranty on the engine). I get the car back, it runs for 3 weeks and breaks down. Come to find out the engine wasn't replaced and he was basically making me pay for a repair that wasn't done. When I called to confront him, I left a message and he wouldn't even call back, instead came and picked up the car in the middle of the night, which I can only assume is to cover it up. However I am not going away. I was lied to and I work very hard for my money that this company stole!

Still waiting for my title. Paid the vehicle off almost 2 months early due to harassment. Bought the vehicle with pip insurance. ($4k truck ) not worth full coverage seeing as I put $1700 down. Never heard nothing about my insurance. Remember when I bought this truck I gave them my declaration page which stated pip only as far as insurance. No problem sold me the truck. 9 months later they'll me I need full coverage. I said no way I only owe you $1200. Stated they would repossess if I didn't get full coverage. I went 2 days later and paid off the truck in full. I wasn't about to put full coverage at $160 a month on a 13yr old truck. I can buy another one for 4k. Still haven't recieved my title after almost 2 months being paid in full. These guys are a joke. Shop elsewhere folks.
