A+ Complete Auto Care & Smog

I visited to get a smog test. The test took only 3 minutes while I filled out my information on a form. I thought most smog test cost similar everywhere but it was a lot higher than I expected. I mentioned and showed him the prices on Google. He just told me to go there next time. I thought that wasn’t right thing to say to a customer and rude. Like he said, I will not go back to that place again.

Went to get my car resmoged.. was there maybe 3 min not even just enough time to fill out the tiny form..65$ done paperwork sent to the dmv super fast east and highly recommended!!! Thanks a+!!!

Went for a smog check a couple months ago on my lunch, it was quick and easy and a great price! Came back today for an oil change full synthetic on my jeep and they were the best price by FAR out of many other places, once again it was done in a great amount of time, and Albert is by far just the nicest and honest mechanic I have ever had work on my car!! Definitely will be returning for any and all my car needs!!!

Tried to give this guy another chance. I had already got my car checked the day before, knowing what I need, all I asked for brakes and rotors. When I made clear that’s all I was looking for, he still insist on bringing it in. Proceeds to tell me he doesn’t want work with me and doesn’t work on Mercedes… it’s just brakes. An actual true mechanic can work on all cars. Years before I had brought in my older bmw 7 series. only to look at it for 5mins and told me to trash the car and get a different car. thanks for your help??. He said he had to take the engine out to work on my problem… I then brought it to the shops diagonal from this place and they fixed it without having to do any of all that. This guy is unprofessional and rude, it’s hard to work with him even if you wanted to.
