Cody was amazing! I would absolutely recommend this company for those in an emergency situation. What started as just needing a jump turned out to be more and required a tow. He was so helpful and kind throughout the entire process. The car ended up being towed to the dealer; Cody dropped the car off and ensured that the key was in the drop box. He definitely made a stressful situation a bit more manageable. He truly went above and beyond!

We are on 33 west your tow truck driver has one car on the flat bed and pulling one car. Weaving in and out of traffic. Riding the ass of other cars all to get off Hamilton rd first. If I could have went as fast as they were I would have gotten the number or plate for this truck. Do not use this company because if they had my car on their truck I would be pissed to see how they were driving.

Was in a pretty bad accident the OSP called them out to tow my car and the other person's car. The guy who came out answered my questions made a pretty terrible experience a little less terrible. My insurance company told me I only had so many days to clean my car out. When I went there I wasn't aware that you need an appointment to come clean your car out but the owner let me anyway. Not seems especially with something like that there pretty understanding.

Steve at A and L towing arrived within 20 minutes through AAA to unlock my car. He called and communicated throughout. He was professional and friendly. I highly recommend them when you lock your keys in your car.

Absolutely the most disrespectful price gouging company I’ve ever dealt with.They charged $401.50 to tow a pickup truck 13 miles. Charging a $75.00 fuel charge.
