A Plus Auto Care

We've been shopping for pre-owned SUV for about 3 months now. Looked all over KY & TN. Took over a dozen possible purchases to various independent Repair shops for prepurchase checks. Of all the Shops We've used - THIS SHOP WAS THE MOST THOROUGH!! The mechanic test drove both Navigators we brought in. Then put them up on the lift and gave us a detailed list of EVERY minor/major repair they needed. Spent over an hour looking at every system! While other shops charged us up to $100 for this pre-purchase check - A Plus charged nothing. However, we felt it was so thorough compared to all the other pre-purchase checks we'd had - that we tipped Mike a 'standard hourly mechanics rate' for his time. Worked extremely well with my daughter who has my older car. I greatly appreciated the customer service they provided her as a young woman not familiar with dealing with auto mechanic business. Work was done effectively and within a good timeframe. Very grateful to have a trusted business to provide the necessary car repairs! She feels like she has a new car!! Highly recommend!

I can't say enough good about A Plus Auto Care. We've had two family members' cars repaired in the past month, and I've never had a better experience with a shop. High points: Excellent and clear communication, integrity, easy to work with. A Plus addressed a problem with one car that other mechanics had missed and repaired it quickly and inexpensively. A more extensive repair took some time, but we got the car back running well at a price significantly below what we'd expected. A great auto shop in Danville.
