I’m so grateful for Caldwell Collision! I was in a wreck that not only damaged the exterior of my new car but also affected the control arms and other internal components. Caldwell was thorough, professional, and kind. They also stuck to their promised timeline for repairs. During the final inspection and alignment, they discovered an additional bent part underneath the car. Instead of delaying things, a team member drove all the way to Louisville and back to pick up the part because it was the only location with it in stock. Talk about going above and beyond! When I picked up my car, I couldn’t even tell it had been in an accident—the color match was perfect, the parts were spot-on, and it drives just like it did before the wreck. It pains me to give Caldwell such a low review, since everyone there is genuinely the nicest people you will deal with, but they are incompetent. Maybe its just my case, or maybe its just newer cars they cant handle, but its been nothing but a nightmare with them. I hit a deer in my ram 1500 and got some run of the mill front end damage from it. After waiting a month i picked up the tuck only to find a laundry list of problems. - Front parking sensor did not work - one fog light was cracked letting water into it - fog lights did not work at all - tire pressure sensor was not programed on the tire they had to replace - truck would overheat then go down to temp, but the radiator fan stayed on the entire time - balance on tires was off, bad shaking at 65 mph So, I took it back in and it too

So I've delivered parts to Caldwell's a couple time and they are great people and really car about their customers and the parts that they gets for them as well. defiantly suggest using them for any body work you may have

This family owned business is the best I have ever used! Better than dealerships and big name establishments. First, the body work is impeccable. Although my work was just a small dent caused by someone opening their door too much in a parking lot, the location of the dent was on a place difficult to work. But not only it was COMPLETELY gone, it was fixed without needing to open extra holes in my door! Thank you Perry!! There was some damage to the clear coat which was personally attended by Devin and also completely eliminated! There is not enough I can say about this business. The Caldwell family has reliably served the Danville area for many years. I was very pleased when Brent quickly assisted me with a small issue when my SUV spoiler became detached. He worked me into the schedule despite a busy list of customers. He provided a fair price and finished the work quickly.
