Allen's Towing did an incredibly amazing job for a fellow road warrior while we stopped in Danville Kentucky for some gas. During a baseball tournament, my friends and I were walking back from a McDonald’s near our hotel at midnight when a car threatened to shoot and run us over, attempting to hit us three times. A Allens Towing and Service employee, “Scooter,” had earlier helped us order food when the inside of the McDonald’s was closed but the drive through was open, because we did not have a vehicle and walked. After the incident, Scooter then heroically gave us a ride back to our hotel, ensuring our safety as the threatening car lingered nearby. Despite sacrificing his sleep, money, and safety, Scooter’s kindness and quick action made all the difference. His outstanding character reflects the quality of Allen’s Towing Service. I'm J. Stamper, Frankfort Ky. I had a very professional, nice experience with Allen's Towing Service. I locked my keys in my car, and I have road service on my vehicle. Unfortunately, my insurance company was not in "net work" are. However, Allen's was dispatched to the rescue. For their company to be located in Danville Ky. I was impressed with the reasonable time response. I was impressed with the driver's demeanor and curiosity. His name was Justin." The critique I would give the company is to have some uniform shirts for or drivers. With logo and some type of reflective vest with logo. Because you have a nice-looking decal scheme.
