Absolutely FANTASTIC experience all around. George was incredibly polite, knowledgeable, proactive and detailed the whole time. Always a step ahead of me! He made buying my used truck from him an easy decision because I was confident about all the questions he was able to answer and I knew he was honest about all of it too. As long as I’m in the New England area and I know of any friends or family that need to buy a used car, I will definitely be sending them here to get their car.

I recently purchased a 2012 Ford F150 from A&R Auto Sales. I took the truck for a ride, pointed out a couple of things that concerned me and when I returned the next day they were fixed. I dealt with George and he was a delightful salesperson to work with. He didn't pressure me in any way and the purchase was a very smooth transaction. I was also very surprised to learn they gave me a 30 day/1000 mile warranty on this truck. I would return to do business with George again on any future purchases.

I regret buying a vehicle from A & R Auto Sales, Inc. Annex. We had the car for three weeks, and before we took it to the mechanic, the check engine light went on . My mechanic told me since it hasn't reached 30 days, take the car to the dealership, and let them know it shouldn't be able to pass inspection in its condition. When I raised the concern, the salesperson (George) told me there was “zero chance” a faulty catalytic converter could harm people in the vehicle and that any fix would be quick. My independent mechanic diagnosed a failing catalytic converter and told me it could be dangerous and could affect whether the car should pass inspection. Unfortunately for Auto Sales Annex and George Mardenli, I’m not the customer to sell a “perfect condition” truck to and expect to get away with it. I paid over 15k in cash for a 2011 Chevy Tahoe in early August after being told it was “highly sought after” and in “excellent condition.” Within weeks, the truth surfaced — it’s been one issue after another. Since buying, the truck has been: • Serviced by my father-in-law (a certified mechanic) to replace a completely corroded power-steering line after George said that that comes with driving and living in New England. • In George’s shop twice for major heat/AC issues and a supposedly “fully replaced” fuel-pump system. • At Chevy twice — once for the airbag (fiberglass) recall and again for engine and cabin air filter replacements.
