I’ve been using this place for years for emissions, and Lamont is always friendly and quick. Recently I have had an issue (non emission related) with one of my cars. This was the first time I’d used the mechanic part of the business. Ali was so helpful and kind and answered all my many questions and explained what was wrong and why it needed to be fixed. I would recommend them for either service.

Second year coming here to get my emissions checked. Best price and service in the area. The people who work here are always cheerful, efficient, and very pleasant to deal with. My whole office goes here for emissions. Definitely recommend.

The guy who did my emission test must hate his job. He was incredibly rude. I'm hard of hearing, but the guy acted like I was stupid because I couldn't hear him mumbling to me. Insulted me because I didn't hear him tell me to push the door open to the shop. Loudly complained that another person pulled in behind me for an emission test, wondering aloud if they were the only place open for emissions. If you don't want our business, maybe don't undercut the competition by $5? The business owners should know they are losing money because of this employee.

So I pull in at 9:05AM on my way to work & he’s (old black man) moving cones. I asked if he’s open yet & his exact response was “that’s what I’m doing” & I was like “oh okay I’m sorry, wanted to make sure” & put my hands up in the ‘don’t shoot’ position. Then he said “all I did was tell you to come on in”. After I pull up, his exact words were “are you okay, do you have an attitude?”. I laughed a little & said “no I’m good”….Asking if I have an attitude when I haven’t displayed ANY signs of having one is quite triggering….what if I said “yes now please hurry up so I can get to work”?? ….THEN I was asked to get out of the car & I didn’t have to last time. I assume he was mad or my feet stink but he told me to get out this time…It’s all good either way cause I passed but I needed to say my p
