I was referred to Spivey’s by a local mechanic and was so thrilled with my experience and work that I had done to my 2016 Nissan rogue. After getting a small dent from being t boned, I went around for estimates and Spiveys was by far the most fair priced and being a family owned business the care and consideration for everything was top notch from start to finish. Every person I interacted with from the phone to the front desk to the workers, everyone was extremely kind. The car was dropped off Monday and finished Friday which was so quick for my previous experiences with body shops and they have a free shuttle to and from enterprise if you need a loaner. My Kia Sportage was badly rear-ended in November, and Spivey’s made my car look as good as new! I was worried with the amount of damage to my car, but Spivey’s was extremely helpful and reassuring throughout the whole process. Would go back for any major work on my car again. Highly recommend

Insurance company chose this place. Never, never. The car car has been back 3 times causing rental car bills. The vehicle is still not fixed. There is cut wires with duct tape holding it together. I dont understand how a person would do this to someone. It has been a disaster. This is just a portion of the poor quality of work done to the vehicle. Maybe they are good with body work but definitely electrical or anything under the hood. Sad!

After an accident, we took our car to one of the big repair shops and had to bring it back a second time because the hood and bumper were not situated correctly. Within a short time after the second visit the bumper fell off again and wouldn’t stay on. Based on the reviews I took the car to Spivey’s. The owner looked at the car, pointed to what was causing the problem gave me a quote and within a few days the car was fixed like new. The staff at Spivey’s are professional, courteous, and reasonably priced. No more commercial collision centers for me anymore. Would not hesitate to bring my car to Spiveys. A great find and family owned business!
