I’m writing this review to share a serious concern about my experience at this garage. I initially came in for a brake service, but the brake pads were installed backwards, which caused significant and unnecessary wear to my rotors. When I brought the issue to their attention, instead of addressing it professionally, the owner, Karim Charannia, yelled at me. I came in expecting a conversation and left feeling disrespected and dismissed. The mechanic, Randy, may have made an honest mistake — that can happen — but the way it was handled by management was completely unacceptable. There was no apology, no accountability, and no offer to make things right. This isn’t just about a car repair; it’s about trust and safety. I strongly urge others to consider this before bringing your vehicle here

Had a dent repaired and paint work done on my Lexus rc350 f sport here, and honestly—my car looks brand new. The team at Krazy Autowerks did an amazing job with both the bodywork and paint match. Super clean finish, no signs of the damage at all. Definitely recommend them if you want quality work and solid attention to detail. And cheap too!!

I visited the store as a walk-in last Saturday. I had a dent in my car, and even though I visited without an appointment, Randy checked the condition of the car and took care of it on the same day. While the work was being done, I waited in their office, and the other staff prepared a heater to keep it warm. Randy provided excellent service quickly and at an affordable price. After completing the primary work, he asked if there were any areas that needed improvement. I shared my requirements, and he perfectly incorporated my additional feedback. I highly recommend it for the kind and excellent service. His service was truly friendly and prompt. The price was also reasonable. If needed, I will definitely visit this store again👍👍

Randy is super nice and had quality estimates. Even on a weekend, he got back in contact from my voicemail easily, and he didn’t play around when it came to pricing (none of the it could be a couple hundred or couple thousand estimates I tend to get locally). Service was fast and affordable, and it looks great. I was capable of doing the service myself and quite frankly didn’t have the time or energy, and Randy stepped right up and got it taken care of quickly. Parts used were high quality, and I will be returning.

Bad Servies and wasted $3K money for oxygen sensor, cyclic converter, and timing belt. he installed old oxygen sensor and used cyclic converter and the price of new.. after 1 month, engine light show up again.. i don't know about timing belt.. did he changed it or not.. again i paid to new guy to fix and install the cyclic converter.
