I gave them a star because I did not have a choice. This place is a rip off. They sold a car to my friend knowing that the car was a death trap. They told him the car was in great condition and had no problems. Do not trust their car fax paperwork. They told him if he had any problems to call them and when he did, they told him they were not going to do anything. PLEASE, DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND FIND A REPUTABLE PLACE. The trip over there took about 90 minutes because of the weather and traffic. I kinda expected that and the customer service and vehicle selection made that trip very much worth it. Now... If you understand that you are buying a used car, your expectations should be saturated with realistic factors. I actually had a bit of fun and the transaction really took about 15 minutes from start to finish. I will be taking my sons there to get their very first vehicles and probably my 4th one too. Lol!

Was upfront and honest about the minor things the truck needed and any issues, was honest about it needing a break line, let me do a thorough look over, let me start it and listen to it, he gave me all the time I wanted and needed to do a thorough look over and inspection of the vehicle. gave honest pricing, he was great enough for me To drive from Pennsylvania to New Jersey on a Thursday just to pay for the vehicle so no one else could take it, I was extremely satisfied and highly recommend and will definitely be back!
