Great customer service. Dedicated to fixing the problem the right way. All the gentlemen are awesome and helpful and explain anything you may have questions with. Pleased with the work that I has been done or gotten done and to be done in the future. Staff seems great, just not sure A/C is something they specialize in on cars 25 years old. Stopped by sept 2025 to make a payment and explained what upset me last time I had been in an spoke with the owner John who 100% understood why I was upset and apologized and has done what needs to to help resolve my problem. I really appreciate what he said - communication is key and some how communication got lost and he apologized and things have been changed. I had made plans in advance to get my car inspected with Kurt who was running John's(owner) business. Kurt was going to take care of me and found ways to save me money for the big inspection day which was supposed to be today(7/15/25). I arrived at the set time of 8:30a m. I asked for Kurt and the one guy in the garage said that he no longer works there. I then went in the office to talk to John, the owner. He said something happened yesterday and he had to let Kurt go. I told the owner that I had everything planned out to get my car inspected. John the owner said he didn't know what to tell me. He said he was running behind and to maybe come back the next day. I told John the owner that I was homeless(living in my car) and now that I have turned my car off, I couldn't get the car to start

I had a problem with my car/key fob in the middle of the day while running errands to get ready to leave for a flight that night. I called, someone came to the shopping center I was in, and got the car started for me. I followed them back to the shop to make sure the problem was fixed for good. The same nice gentleman drove me home while they worked on my car. Not even 2 hours later, I got a call it was ready to pick up. Everyone was so nice and accommodating and I was so pleasantly suprised with the cost. As a young women, I’ve had a lot of car places try and rip me off because they think I don’t know what I’m talking about. But they explained the cost plainly and it was so much less than I expected for such good, timely service. I can’t recommend this place enough. Thank you for helping

This is the place to go to get the best work for the best deal. This place is never ripped me. And I haven't gotten it back everyone lost parts. It's a classic truck. And very important to me.

A to Z is the best place to go by far for any of your car care needs! They provide excellent customer service and get the work done in a timely fashion! A to Z Auto Center is phenomenal, and I recommend A to Z to anyone, even out of the immediate area! I love you guys!
