Can't ask for better than Billy and the team. Had some huge issues with my Audi s4 but he handled everything seemlessly with my warranty company and communicated with me great through the process. You can't ask for much better than that! Highly reccomend for anything you need whether you're driving a civic or a lambo he's got you covered.

So I have a 2020 VW Tiguan that kept beeping because the coolant was low. I’ve never had issues with this car and didn’t want to go to a retail shop or local parts store to get coolant and do harm to my car. I googled and found this repair shop. I walked in thinking I was going to laughed out of the office or taken advantage of because I was going in for something as simple as coolant. The was a gentleman sitting at his desk when I walked in who couldn’t have been nicer. I told him my problem and he said “sure we can do that. One of the guys will top it off for you” I gave him my keys and within 5 minutes my car had the fluid topped off and my keys were returned to me. BMW was actually cheaper for repair. These other reviews are for oil changes and basic services that you could do at home (like Benz “service a”). I knew I had an aux battery issue. Paid a diagnostic fee to tell me the same. Was quoted $2400 for battery alone, and had to wait because they had to get delivered to bmw via ground. Another 500 to install and register. Plus tax. BMW had the battery for sale for $1800. That’s $600 less [from Roxbury bmw, down the street]! But, I actually have an account with bmw and got it for less than that. And Ramsey had one in stock because ordered for a shop that never picked it up. I came to A2B with battery WITH receipt FROM BMW still in the FedEx box to bmw with packing slip. Excellent job! My breaks squeaked like a freight train. Dealership said nothing could be done, but A2B replaced rotors and brake pads and no more squealing! Also replaced tires and wheel alignment! Perfect job!
