They diagnosed the issue right away and repaired my tire efficiently without trying to upsell unnecessary services. The waiting area was clean, and they kept me updated the whole time. I had a terrible experience at another Midas location, but the team here completely redeemed my opinion of the company. All of the team members were incredibly helpful and professional. They took my business very seriously and did an excellent job of listening to my concerns. They quickly and efficiently replaced my tire and got me back on the road. I recently bought a brand new set winter tires from this Midas, and the next day the low pressure light goes on and I’m already down from 36 psi to 26 psi. I take it elsewhere to figure out the issue and watched them the whole time, and what do we find? Damage to the inside of the tire. Very sloppy work, incredibly disappointed.
