I can't say enough about Rachel Cash-Smith! She is the best. I am an insurance agent and have been referring all of our customers to her. The communication between her and our customers is top-notch! I have used AAA Auto Glass for two of my own vehicles as well and couldn't be more pleased. They came to my office to replace mine, which was perfect! It was replaced while I worked. Ivan, my technician, was very professional and made me feel at ease. Rachel was able to have both of my windshields repaired within 4 hours of the original call. The main reason I refer all my clients to them is that they set the expectations up front. They make sure they can get the service done "correctly" for the customer. That is a key factor! I received the referral from my GFB agent and I spoke to Rachel who was amazingly helpful and responsive. We had a little misunderstanding and she even offered to schedule a Saturday appointment which is not usually available, but I didn’t think it was that urgent. The service tech was very professional and called in the morning to confirm the appointment and once here he completed the replacement with speed and ease! Excellent service, communication and customer service! Would use them any time!
