AAA Crofton Car Care Insurance Travel Center

I was told 60-90 minutes for an oil change which is ridiculous to begin with. Almost 3 hours later I was finished. They are very nice, but don’t come here for quick service.

My call to AAA regarding a flat tire was answered within minutes by Austin, who was quite helpful, friendly, and prompt. He arranged for a tow, and the tow truck arrived in less than the hour he had predicted. The driver, Harpreet, was exceedingly prompt, friendly, and knew his job flawlessly, driving 100% safely in about five miles of traffic. He towed the car (and me) to the AAA partner auto service shop and spoke with the service person upon arrival. The car was attended to right away. Harpreet was kind enough to guide me home.. Thanks to all the individuals who facilitated this service.

I never leave reviews for businesses but my experience at this Triple A was so bad I felt compelled. I dropped my car off for new tires and headlight repair, they had to order new tires but no big deal. The day my car was supposed to be serviced, I didn’t hear anything from them. I called to figure out what was going on and find out they had lost my car key and one of their guys may have taken it home. Needless to say, they couldn’t repair my car that day. I proceeded to call back three times periodically to check on my car and each time needed to reiterate why my car was even being serviced to begin with. Brought my car in for a standard oil change and got a call saying the technician had accidentally cracked my side mirror. When I arrived to pick up my car, they asked me to sign paperwork on a signature pad without letting me actually read what I was signing. Since they had already damaged my car, I insisted on seeing the document first. The manager refused, and I had no choice but to call Anne Arundel County Police to help me get a copy. Even when the police arrived, the manager hesitated to hand over the paperwork, which confused the officers as much as it did me. Eventually, they provided the document and I signed it. If I could give 0 stars, I would. I brought my mother’s car in to be serviced on Monday, June 2 for an oil change, a possible nail in the front tire and for the center, mid brake light to be fixed. The advisor did not inform me that the technician who could perform the work on the car was not there until hours later when I came to pick my car back up. He scheduled me to bring the car back in on Thursday when the technician was in the office. My mother and I were there for over 3 hours just to be told that the advisor made a mistake in the system and they could not fix my light because they had to order the whole led light. So again my car was not fixed. I called back on Friday to see if they could order the led light and do the service but the technician either quit or was terminated and t
