I have used this facility for identity validation service. The staff greeted us and friendly to go through the details. The lobby is clean and neat. The restrooms are maintained well. Enough parking spaces all around. They have an inspection station and workshop, Tags, titles, and then an insurance center. The restrooms are maintained clean. In addition to all the above, they have the classic AAA experience and things.

I highly recommending this facility location. All of the staff, including the Care Care Manager Mr. Nate Engel offer the highest-quality in customer service imaginable. Terrence was incredibly helpful! He got me my camera card for my driver license on the spot! There is a fee, but if you are cutting it close, it's worth it! But he also gave me incredibly helpful advice on getting a REAL ID in the future, and best places to get your license photo. FYI you can't get REAL ID or your license photo at AAA, but he cleared up some information that is very unclear on the DMV site, probably saving me HOURS of wasted time.

Came for some paperwork, was helped immediately, and with very fast turnaround. This location's front office is a well-kept secret. The other AAA closer to me has extreme wait times and you are on hold indefinitely to make an appointment. This location provided speedy, friendly service. Saved several business days and 50% of the cost by doing business in-person versus on AAA website.

I went to AAA today to transfer my car title from NJ to PA and get new plates—and I walked out feeling like I’d stepped into some alternate universe where customer service still matters. The office was bright, clean, and well-organized. I was greeted the moment I walked in, and everyone I interacted with was friendly and professional. Daniel handled my transaction and was outstanding—efficient, knowledgeable, and proactive. Not only did he take care of the title and plate transfer, but he also filled out and submitted my personalized plate request on the spot (which will be sent directly to the office, so no worries about mailbox theft).
