I prepaid roughly $530 upfront for what was supposed to be a full interior and exterior detail, and while I was fully aware that the final price could change if there was excessive soiling, the communication around those adjustments was the biggest disappointment. I had not even seen the vehicle myself until the night before drop-off, so I understood it needed attention, but the first messages I received the next morning came across more like complaints about the condition rather than a professional explanation of pricing. The extra $150 fee for excessive soiling and pet hair was not clearly stated until after several back-and-forth texts, and at one point I was even asked if I wanted to remove the $100 engine bay cleaning I had already paid for and put that money toward the added fee. This deserves more than a 5 star rating😆 Best my car has ever looked, he took the time to really clean my car inside and out. Also took the time afterward to explain everything he did. Super impressed with his detailing service, he came to the house with the mobile unit, and was very communicative and on time. I highly recommended to anyone wanting to get their car done as I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out! 10/10 I can’t rave about J&J mobile detailing enough!!!

the owner is super friendly! he came and detailed my husbands truck right in the convenience of my driveway! one man show and let me tell you - i didn’t even know the true color of the truck until i saw the finished product! paid additional for the extra per hair cleaning and the truck came out so clean! can’t wait to get my vehicle done next! highly recommend!
