Every time I take my car to MacLane’s I feel so taken care of. They greet me with a smile, they take the time to ask me questions about me and my car, they’re thorough, they send me an estimate for any work to be done and get my approval - just hands down top-notch service!!! I will keep bringing my cars there because of their customer service and attention to detail!

If you go here, always check their website and show them their current deals. The first time i went here mid 2025 they were outstanding. That sentiment changed today. I scheduled state inspection and scheduled maintenance on 12/29 and the state inspection wasn't done. Mistakes happen, they said the online booking system didn't work right, it was fine. I rescheduled for today and upon competition was charged $30 more than I'd seen it listed on mailer and online. I asked about the price prior to paying and they told me state inspections are always that amount. I foolishly paid, and after going to my car I decided to check their site and sure enough found the lower price still there. I went back in and asked and they said that only works if you show them the online price firs

First time using Maclane’s. Repaired a flat tire. Service was very good and Brad was extremely friendly and helpful. Kept me updated. Will return for an upcoming pil change. Staff also friendly and helpful.

Maclane and his team do a great job of blending modern technology and a personal touch. I was able to schedule my car service online with no issues. I was promptly contacted when the car was done and ready to be picked up. The best part was a personal call from Maclane to talk over some details about our car. I've never been let down by this shop!

This was my first experience with Maclane’s Automotive and it was a good experience. The work I asked to be done was completed as requested and other maintenance that they felt needed to be done was given to me as an option. I selected some work that they suggested and other I opted to delay. Overall I was pleased with the service that I received at Maclane’s Automotive.
